Sweetheart of the Rodeo was built to prove how far blending alone can take a classic bourbon profile. We pulled from multiple ages and mashbills, keeping detailed notes on how each component behaved at different proofs. The process was iterative and slow: blend, rest, revisit, then adjust a single variable at a time. Only once the parts locked together—no single barrel shouting, no rough edges left to hide behind finishing—did we scale the blend and commit it to bottle.
