Yes. Our tasting room is located at our Ledbetter, Texas, facility. Guests can enjoy whiskey flights, craft cocktails, exclusive bottle releases, and merchandise in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Check our website or social channels for current hours and events.

Where can I find Koopers in stores?

Koopers Whiskey is distributed throughout Texas and available at many major spirit retailers, liquor stores, bars snd restaurants. Availability varies by location. Ask your local store or bar to carry Koopers if they don’t already.

What types of whiskey do you make?

We currently produce a range of Bourbons and Rye whiskeys, including limited and special releases. Availability varies by market and season. Visit our tasting room, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for the latest releases.

Do you distill your own whiskey?

We do not distill the raw distillate that we use. We source high-quality American whiskeys from trusted distilling partners and then age, blend, and finish them in Texas. Our focus is on creating exceptional flavor through careful maturation and blending—this is where great whiskey is truly made.

Where is Koopers Whiskey made?

Koopers Whiskey is proudly based in Ledbetter, Texas. All of our blending, aging, finishing, and bottling is done here in Central Texas. The distillates we use come from Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Texas and other states.

What makes Koopers different from other sourced whiskey brands?

We don’t simply bottle whiskey—we transform it. Every release is thoughtfully selected, blended, and matured using custom barrel programs, finishing techniques, and hands-on tasting at every stage. Our goal is simple: deliver the best-tasting whiskey possible, every time.

Are your whiskeys “Texas Whiskey”?

Hell Yes. Our whiskeys are blended, aged, finished, and bottled in Texas. We proudly consider ourselves a Texas whiskey company, rooted in Texas culture, craftsmanship, and community.

How should I drink Koopers Whiskey?

However you enjoy it most.Our whiskeys are designed to be excellent neat, on the rocks, or in classic cocktails like Old Fashioneds, Paper Planes and Manhattans. There’s no wrong way—only good taste.

Do you offer tours?

No, we do not. Our facility is small and not much to tour.

Do you host private events?

No. Unfortunately, we are unable to host private events at this time.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s on the way.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, unfortunately Koopers cannot ship outside the United States.

Can I track my order?

Of course. Once your package leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

What are the delivery times?

Standard shipping usually takes 4–7 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Our Big Thirst customer service team is efficient and wonderful.  We try to answer all customer inquiries as fast as possible.  If information on an order needs to be updated, we will do so until a label is printed.  Once the label is printed and box packed, we are no longer able to update order details.  This includes: billing information, shipping information, contact information, order contents (bottle exchanges or add-ons), refunds/cancellations, etc.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and secure local payment options depending on your region.

Are payments on your website secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted ecommerce providers.

What is your return policy?

There are no refunds and all sales are final. However, in the event your order was damaged, within five (5) days. please take photos of the item, including all packaging, and send us an email with the order number, receipt, photos, your name, address, phone number, email, and description of the issue.
