Every Single Barrel ToastedOak selection starts with a larger field of barrels tracked separately overtime, watching how toast level, char, and warehouse position interact. We hand-pick the one that shows real definition entirely on its own — no other barrels involved to fill gaps or round out weak spots.

From there, the finishing takes over. Toasted oak staves go in and get watched closely, pulling real maple syrup and honeyed sweetness up out of the whiskey, deepening the caramel, and softening the citrus and spice into something rounder. The barrel is proofed down gently, in stages, with time between cuts to let the whiskey re-knit. This one doesn't lean on blending — it leans on knowing exactly how long to let the staves work before pulling them, and having the patience to let a single barrel become this sweet and this balanced on its own.
