We build the blend around that natural power, testing different age and barrel combinations until the structure and mouthfeel feel complete at full strength. Once the final blend is set, we leave it at barrel proof—no dilution—allowing only time in bulk to help the components settle into each other before bottling so the whiskey’s intensity is framed, not softened.
