Barrel Reserve Bourbon starts with barrels that already show real density and direction and stand out from the pack. We build the blend around that natural flavor, testing different barrel combinations until the structure and mouthfeel feel complete at full strength. Once the final blend is set, we leave it at barrel proof and allow it to rest and marry, letting the components settle into one another before bottling so the whiskey’s intensity is balanced rather than overly harsh or rushed.
