There are no refunds and all sales are final. However, in the event your order was damaged, within five (5) days. please take photos of the item, including all packaging, and send us an email with the order number, receipt, photos, your name, address, phone number, email, and description of the issue. If the Retailer sent the wrong Product to a consumer, BIG THIRST, INC. will arrange for a replacement through the Retailer.
